In harmony with our schools educational mission, the McKinney Wellness Committee exists to improve the health of our children and the welfare of their families. Our mission is accomplished through a variety of wellness initiatives including nutrition and physical education, garden and farm-based learning experiences, environmental restoration, evening parent lectures, and connections to the core curriculum of science, math, language arts, history, geography, and social studies.
